Hello there. I played this for around 2 minutes and I think a few changes could improve this dramatically. First of all, make the background animated, I have no clue how to do this because I have no experience with making games but this would have a depth of realism (very small depth but still). Secondly, add a health & attack system to the enemys. Last of all, sounds! PEW PEW PEW BANG

Hahaha thats awesome thanks for trying it. I've almost finished the next build which has some of this in it and something else. Apart from the animated background (oh god) and sounds. The background can't be that hard, I'll give it a go. I have some pretty kwl ideas for it also. That image I whipped up is just a place holder till I can do something better for it. The whole screen is actively rendered so the only thing that will hit performance is the amount of entities and how well I code them.. Sounds will be fun. Quite easy to implement too, I think.

Oh Meh god, we have a *quack* bill gate here! the only think is that
1. enemies don't damage you
2. Maybe a little music would be nice.
3. difficulties would be epic.
4. Bosses.
But i got to admit i've been trying to code recently and this is harder then it looks. Brilliant game. 10 out of 10 where is game informer because they need to rate this!

Thanks I've totally given up on this (might go back to it), BUT! I'm in the process of making a new game thats a lot more advanced. It's going to be multiplayer with more game like features

Oh, btw I've done a lot more to the SpaceShooter game. I just havn't finished the build to post it ^^

7 Months later haha! Thought I'd post the updated version that's all. For future reference.

Small update; I'm still hard at work programming. My skills are a lot better than when I initially posted this and I'm going into game libraries, such as LWJGL, OpenGL, LibGDX and other stuff.

Don't worry i made sure it was exactly a month and 11 days to replay. It was totally on purpose too! not really. Also nice, sounds like fun to code. Good luck with the game!
